• frozen feeder hamsters are a popular choice for snakes, birds of prey and other exotic animals.
• frozen feeders are a much safer alternative than live feeders.
• frozen feeder hamsters come in seven different sizes: extra-small, small, medium, large, extra-large. Remember this rule of thumb for choosing the right size of feeder hamster for snakes: choose a size that is equivalent to the widest section of your snake’s body. If you are unclear as to what size is most appropriate for your snake, it is always best to choose a size too small as opposed to a size that is too large as you may risk causing the snake to regurgitate its meal.

5 of 5 stars Picky Ball

I have a really picky ball python that wont eat rats, wont eat mice and wont eat gerbils. For fun, I tried hamsters. He ate them. Live hamsters are 1.) Hard to find the correct size, and 2.) Dangerous to feed because they are aggressive. This is the only place I found frozen hamsters for sale as feeders. Thank you!
